The term cell phone face plate and cell phone cases and cell phone covers are some times used interchangeable (as they are here). Although, there are different variations of each type in general each is defined as the ability to protect the cell phone - and if possible add some style to the manufacturing-line standard.
Daily Use
Cell Phones are great for daily use, however, along with other items of daily use they can, and probably will get damaged. If you depend on your phone, you need it to be in great shape. Unfortunately, it can get scratched or damaged quickly when carry it with you - not even using it. Items in your pocket or car, or even setting a cell phone down hard can scratch your screen or damage the internal systems. Protect your mobile cellular phone with cases, also known as covers - it could save the day if you drop you $100.00 or more cell phone!
Interchange Them
The great factor about faceplates (i.e. cell phone covers) are that they are interchangeable. There are screen snaps, battery door snaps, complete covering, even full body diamond covering. If you begin to lean towards so many different types of covers while shopping you don't have to picky and select only a few (Especially if you are buying from a reputable store that offers good policies!). Download the Cell Phone Manual
However, you might want to check with your cell phone manufacturer to download the manual from their website; most new cell phone manuals are downloadable directly from the manufacturer (i.e. Motorola, Nokia, etc..) under their support center - be sure you know your cell phone model. Not all face plates are installed the same, however most require a small screw driver and about five minutes. |
