My husband gave me a 640 last year for my 40th birthday, because he worries about me using a cell phone while driving. It worked great for a year now, but a few weeks ago the hinge connecting the earbud to the mouth piece has been giving out, and now the mouth piece does not angle toward my mouth. Instead it hangs towards my shoulder. For the price I expected my headset to last a few years, but it has great sound and range,

I got my 640 about two to three months ago, and I really enjoy it but there could be a few improvements. The plastic casing is uncomfortable and not really light, causing ear pain after a little while. The reception for my set does not work as well after 12 feet, even though the range says 30. The loop is not uncomfortable though, and that is a plus.
