We also will Guarantee any product you buy will work with your listed phone! We offer a 15 Day Money-Back-Guarantee!
When will my order ship?
Same day shipping is included for all orders placed before 2 pm (est.) with the carrier of your choice. Special Note: U.S.P.S. only picks up on
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (except Holidays).
What is the warranty on the products you sell?
All products we sell offer a 1-2 year warranty through the manufacturer
- subject to change at discretion of manufacturer without notice.
What is your privacy policy?
We will NEVER share, sell, or provide any information given to us to any third party. All information is used only to provide quality customer service and to complete your order. If you wish to sign up for our newsletter mailing and or promotions you will not receive any more than 6-12 mailings a year.
Will products that aren't labeled OEM damage my phone?
WE DO NOT SELL ANY PRODUCT THAT WILL DAMAGE YOUR PHONE WITH ITS USE! Allot of after market accessories can damage your phone because of cheap manufacturing (especially those made in China). Such possible damages include: a tight fit, pressure on display window which can cause cracking, software compatibility issues as well as many other technical issues that should never be allowed use with your phone. With regular usage it is only natural for products to be warn down (example: face plate scratches), however, usage of the product and/or customer damage we cannot be held liable for damage to your phone.

Why do you list accessories made by Ericsson, or another manufacturer, under my phone model which is made by a different manufacturer?
Many products on the market today are compatible with dozens of other phone models, not just one or two. You will find an item on our site that has a different name then that of the phone manufacturer you are viewing because of multiple compatibility testing: meaning we confirm the accessories we sell with the manufacturer before we list them.

What does OEM mean?
OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer" and simply means the manufacturer of your phone (i.e. Nokia, Motorola, etc.) has produced accessories specifically for their branded cell phones. Any non-OEM, also known as aftermarket, accessory will work just as well (if not better) and costs up to 90% less.
Can I assume that the picture on the web site will be identical to the product I receive?
For the most part our pictures are completely up-to-date images of the products in stock. However, this does not mean the picture will be the item you will receive (whether based on shape, size, or other identifying characteristics). We suggest you view the complete product description before buying the item in question.
Why are your prices so low?
We buy our products directly from the manufacturer. Additionally, we do not have to higher our prices just to include costs associated with running a business: over-priced retail lease, banners, advertisements, sales representatives, and more. We do have costs associated with providing customer service and shipping but do not pass this cost to our customers: In fact we even give a shipping discount!

Are my purchases on your site secure?
ALL PURCHASE ORDERS ARE SECURE! Whether you decide to purchase by phone, through pay pal, or on our web site. We use 128-bit SSL encrypted protection every time you send any information during the checkout process and after the sale. Once you login to order (or continue without creating an account) you will notice the URL changes to https://securestore.anythingformycell.com . This means we keep all of your information on a completely different domain system, so even when accessing your information for changes, updates, etc. all your information is communicated on a secure file system. So you are 100% protected before and after the sale!
What free shipping method do you use?
We use U.S.P.S. "First Class", U.S.P.S. "Priority Mailing", or UPS Ground, whichever depending on total weight. Free shipping applies only to orders over $30.00. Orders processed before 2 pm (est.) will be shipped same day!
Do you charge tax?
No. - unless you ship to California.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been submitted?
Yes. We can place a hold on an order if you request it. However, we cannot guarantee it will processed due to order being directly processed after it is place. Please make sure every item is correct in your order before submitting it! For return questions please view our "Shipping Rates and Policy" page.

What's your return policy? How do I return a item?
We suggest you view our "Returns Policy" for all questions, which includes instructions and a link to our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization #) Online Form. File a simple claim to return your item(s).
When will I receive my order?
Depends upon which carrier and service option you decide. We list all available options and details on our "Shipping Rates and Policy" page.
How do I track my order?
You can view the entire status of your order through the "My Account" Page. You will also be given real-time e-mail updates whenever your item is shipped or if a rare error occures.
What should I expect for my battery life?
You only get 300-500 charge cycles from a battery before the chemistry is exhausted, so every time the battery charges, whether for one minute or for 10+ hours, it is still one charge cycle counted against the chemical life span of your battery. Therefore to maximize battery life, it is unwise to leave ANY type of battery charger continuously connected to a draining cell phone that is turned on, as the charger will automatically recharge when there is only a small amount of voltage discharge. Your battery will perform best if it is charged after being warmed to room temperature.
Do the batteries you sell over charge my phone?
NO! This is not only irresponsible of any seller but should also be illegal! Over charging your sell phone WILL cause damage to it and possibly cause a fire. We will never sell cell phone batteries that do this! If you find this is the case with anything we sell contact us immediately so we may remove the item.

Where do you ship outside the U.S.A.?
We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Aulstralia, Switzerland, and the Offical EURO accepting countries.
How do I pay?
We only accept payments through PayPal. You must have a verified status with PayPal or you will receive an immediate decline or refund, this is to protect all of our customers from fraud. After you submit your contact information click on the "Pay with PayPal" button on the following screen.
How do you ship international orders?
During checkout out (on the shipping screen) you will have the option to pick various United States Postal Service options.
