Any order you are not satisfied with we will accept your return if notified within 2 weeks and issue the needed refund.

• We take great pride in shipping your orders accurately and promptly. Any incorrect shipment or shortages must be made known to Sound-Science Wireless within 7 days of Invoice date.



• Exchange can only be issued on defective aftermarket (non-OEM) accessory products returned within 1 year of invoice date (not shipped date).



• All defective OEM accessory product/warranty issues must be taken to the manufacturer:

7. Samsung Warranty

8. Plantronics Warranty

• Merchandise that is out of warranty, has been physically damaged, abused, misused or neglected, will be returned to the customer unprocessed.



• All returns on non-defective merchandise returned after 7 days of invoice (not shipped date) will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.



• Credit cannot be issued until we tests and inspects all merchandise prior to making a determination on disposition of the returned product.



• All returns of non-defective merchandise must be in original packaging and complete to receive credit (any returns with defaced original packaging will be returned).



• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.



• It is extremely important that detailed instructions regarding the symptoms and all problems are thoroughly explained in writing below.



• Sound-Science Wireless is not responsible for parts attached or unattached to the authorized products that are returned to Sound-Science Wireless, but not listed on the RMA request form (i.e. must include all items relevant to the return).



• All returns should be shipped via UPS, Airborne/DHL, FEDEX or Certified Mail in order to assure tracking capabilities. Sound-Science Wireless assumes no responsibility for any return merchandise damaged or lost in transit.



• RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date; returns received with invalid or missing RMA numbers will be refused, in which case if the shipping carrier bills you for the denied shipment we are not responsible and will not be held liable).



• Your RMA# will be given to you with submission of completed Return Authorization Form to Sound-Science Wireless.
