I bought a gift card. How do I check the balance left?

You should have received a copy of the electronic gift certificate within 1-2 minutes after the purchase. If you are unable to find or did not receive confirmation please e-mail us or call us. We will gladly send you a duplicate.

Where is my order? Has it shipped?

We will automatically e-mail your tracking number(s) to the address you gave during checkout. If you are unable to find it or did not receive it please login to check your order status. If you shipped to an international address please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your order to ship.

I need to return an item. What do I have to do?

Easy! Type in your order number or e-mail (pop-up) and tell us what went wrong. We will immediately accept your return (if possible) and send you a RMA number to put on your package. If we made an error we will ship you a replacement immediately at no charge to you.

My item broke what do I do now?

If you received the item broke call us. We will send a replacement (if possible). If you are within the 1-year general warranty that is provided on all Original Equipement Manufacturer (OEM) products go to our returns section for a list of manufacturer warranty links. If you can't find your manufcaturer e-mail us. If you bought an aftermarket accessory (non-OEM) within 90 days contact us to make arrangements for an exchange.

Yes. Please e-mail our business services department to go over all your needs. Business accounts can use optional PO numbers for orders and pay through other means such as wire transfers. Prices and policies are generous compared to industry standards. We also offer wholesale accounts and are registered to sell cell phone accessories to (& do business with) the federal government.
